Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Aidbro's services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aidbro's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Aidbro. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Provided
Aidbro provides a wide range of digital and business services including, but not limited to: • Website and mobile app development • Digital marketing, SEO, and social media management • AI solutions and business automation • Branding, graphic design, and video production • CSC government services and citizen support • ISO certification, trademark registration, and legal services • Business registration, GST compliance, and financial services Service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user or client of Aidbro, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information • Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems • Respect intellectual property rights of Aidbro and third parties • Pay for services as agreed upon in a timely manner
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. General terms include: • A percentage advance payment may be required before project commencement • Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement • Late payments may incur additional charges • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy outlined in the service agreement
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Aidbro remain the intellectual property of Aidbro until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment: • Clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables created for them • Aidbro retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. Aidbro will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidbro shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities • Third-party actions or failures beyond our control Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Aidbro provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee: • Specific business outcomes or results (e.g., guaranteed search rankings, revenue growth) • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or applications • Third-party platform availability (Google, Meta, etc.) We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination: • Aidbro will deliver completed work proportional to payment received • Outstanding payments for completed work remain due • Aidbro reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Kerala. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels in Kerala courts.
